This individual is recognized for their problem solving skills; ability to think beyond the box; being a change agent; and ability to work within deadlines while in a team environment.
Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- Successful completion of a 12-week internship program (exception 8 weeks: India Only).
- Contribution to IBM's intellectual property relevant through engagement with external and/ internal clients.
- Receiving a positive IBM Manager evaluation f meaningful contribution to IBM's technical sales business streams.
